Hot Sauce Mignonette


Inspired by a mignonette – with a twist – this sauce pairs especially well with oysters. What started as a table sauce for Hama Hama Oysters, we use our signature fermented Chili Peppah Brine to create a tangy, bright, and umami sauce with mild to medium heat. Ingredients include fresno peppers, garlic, shallots, and apple cider vinegar.
