Normally harvested green, this ubiquitous pepper turns a new flavor when ripened. Light, bright with flavors of red berries and umami, this sauce is a little too easy to finish off in one setting. Being that it is the same pepper used in sriracha it will have a similar flavor profile with a little extra funk. We love it on ramen, eggs, fried chicken and potato chips.
